PARTS OF A PLANT AND PARTS OF A TREE

Trees have many different parts. The roots are at the bottom of the tree and they are underground.

Attached to the roots is the trunk.The branches and twigs are attached to the trunk .The branches are bigger than the twigs. The leaves grow on the branches and twigs. The top part of the tree is called the crown.
